Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Maven Consulting Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides overseas education consultancy services to students seeking guidance on international higher education. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellation of services, service packages, and enrollment once clients have registered or made payments to our organization.

2. No Cancellation Policy – General Statement

Maven Consulting Services operates on a strict no-cancellation basis. Once a client has enrolled in or paid for any of our services, service cancellation will not be permitted under any circumstances. Clients remain fully obligated to complete their engagement with Maven Consulting Services or forfeit all fees paid without refund or credit.

3. Services Subject to No-Cancellation Terms

The following services cannot be cancelled once enrollment or payment has been made:

• One-on-one consultation sessions and personalized counselling

• Education counselling packages

• Test preparation programs (GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, SAT)

• Admission assistance and application support packages

• University selection and guidance services

• Visa consultancy services

• Country selection consultation

• Application preparation and document review services

• Financial aid and scholarship guidance

• Pre-departure preparation and orientation programs

• Access to online libraries, practice materials, and supplementary resources

• Customized consultation packages

• Premium consultation packages

• Any bundled or package services

4. Enrollment Finality

Once a client has completed enrollment or made initial payment:

• • The service contract becomes binding and irrevocable

  • Cancellation of services is not permitted under any circumstances

  • The client is contractually obligated to complete the service period

  • The client forfeits all payments if they attempt to cancel services
