Document Requirements:
Transcripts: Submit complete official sets of academic records (transcripts/report cards/exam statements/marks sheets) showing subjects/courses studied each term/year, including hours of instruction and final grades.
Certificate/Diploma/Degree/Professional License: Official proof of graduation (if program completed) in the form of a Certificate of Graduation, Matriculation Certificate, External Examination Certificate, Diploma, Degree, or Professional License must be provided.
ACEI will not evaluate Certificates/Diplomas/Degrees/Licenses without accompanying academic transcripts or examination certificates.
Translations: All documents not in English must be translated into English. Translations must be official, line-by-line, word-for-word, and in the same format as the original documents, prepared by a licensed translator. Note that evaluation and translation services are separate and require separate fees.
Multiple Credentials/Degrees: Submit academic documents for each credential earned, along with the appropriate fee for evaluation.
Doctorate (Ph.D.) Degree: Provide an abstract of the doctoral dissertation/thesis title along with supporting academic documents (transcripts and degree) for all previous education.
Syllabus: Course descriptions/syllabi are not required unless requested by ACEI due to incomplete academic documents.
Proof of Name Change: If your name has changed (due to marriage, citizenship, etc.), provide legal proof (e.g., marriage certificate, naturalization certificate).
Missing Documents: ACEI will notify applicants if any required documents are missing and provide instructions for submission.
